Bass Invaders 3 is the “final final” chapter in our sonic explorations of bass sounds. Our previous soundset Bass Invaders 2: was foolishly named “The Final Showdown” but the Analog Rytm still managed to pull us back into its world of gnarly bass sounds.

This time, we decided to methodically explore the main different types of synth engines: subtractive, FM and Ring Modulation. Each type contain 50 sounds, making the grand total in Bass Invaders 3 to 150 sounds.

Just as with the previous two soundsets, this release is entirely based on the analog DualVCO synth engine and doesn’t contain any static samples.
