Dark Horse is the anti-matter for europhoric trance anthems. It's what you call up when you had enough of sweet and you feel the urge to go on a rampage or move in under a bridge and go through your plans for world domination.

The keywords here is dark, deep, depraved, disturbing and distorted.

In contrast to Total Bass, Dark Horse is a mixed soundbank that is built upon bass, synth, atmospheric textures, arpeggios and sequences.

Dark Horse should be regarded as a sound expander and not as a bread & butter collection of sounds. It's what you load up when you need some extra oumpf for your basslines, some bone-chilling ambiences or acidic sequences.

All sounds are 100% hand made and are not the result of mindless randomizing. The modulation wheel is set up so it alters the sound in a logical way, not the classical vibrato.

AUDIO EXAMPLES
There are no treatment on the bass sounds except a limiter with a very modest setting on the master buss.
No external effects or eq:ing have been applied to the sounds.
