Spirit is essentially a bass expansion (what else to expect from your favorite bass fetishists?). Apart from two leads and two pads, this collection of 64 sounds pushes the Arturia Prophet V into the realm of modern sounding bass sounds.

The idea of creating this soundset came during a comparison between the Arturia Prophet V and Native Instruments - now retired - Pro-53. While the Pro-53 indeed is a versatile synth, the amount of features of the Arturia Prophet V dwarf the Pro-53. But on the other hand, the Pro-53 completely dwarf the Prophet V when it comes to modern sounding presets.

The goal of this soundset was to update the sound of the Prophet V. Add a new soul and spirit to it, so to speak. You have not heard the Arturia Prophet V to sound like this. Guaranteed.

While this soundset entirely focus on the classic Prophet Five part of the synth - an upcoming soundset will fresh up the VS part in a not too distant future.

AUDIO EXAMPLES
There are no treatment on the bass sounds except a limiter with a very modest setting on the master bus.
No external effects or eq:ing have been applied to any of the sounds. All drums comes from the Audiorealism ADM and have been processed with seriously sinister Soundtoys Devil-Loc.
